All Things New & Good

January 9, 2014

Holy moly it has been a while!  I hope everyone (still reading) had a wonderful holiday season and end to 2013.  The month of December was a very hectic time for me – full of change!  To name a few:

  • I moved.  During the first week of December I downsized to a carriage house apartment behind one of my best friend’s parents’ house.  It’s smaller, cheaper and in a great location and I love everything about it.  It took a couple of weeks for them to upgrade the kitchen, but after its completion on December 20th, it feels like home.  I still don’t have internet, which was pretty nice at first to be honest, but it’s starting to present a bit of a challenge.

  • Health Coaching.  I did my best to keep up with school and maintain focus through this crazy time.

  • Holidays.  On top of all that were the holidays, which I tried to keep as stress-free as possible!
So I hope you have some insight into why I stopped blogging for a bit.  That period in my life challenged me in ways I didn’t see coming, but I have emerged a stronger and happier person.  Life lesson: things always work out, even if you can’t quite see the light at the end of the tunnel.
However that’s not all that’s changing…
Wait for it…
It’s a new year and there will be a new me Blog!  I’ve been working so hard on my website and am ready to start putting my health coaching education into practice.
You can now find me at
A quick shout out to Ashleigh for the beautiful photography!
P.S. it’s still a work in progress so bear with me!
