Here are a few of my favorite things these days:
1. Spin Class-Every Monday/Wednesday at 6:00 AM, I go to either RPM or GGX cycle at my gym. It kicks my butt and I love it.
2. My Crock Pot.
I’ve made a couple of good soups, and I can’t wait to make more.
3. Apothic Red wine.
I get my workout in every morning, so I will have a glass in the evenings; it’s my way of winding down after work.
4. Cashews.
I’m an almond butter girl and always will be, but when it comes to eating nuts raw, I think these win out for me.
5. Coconut Oil.
OK, so I’ve only cooked with it once when I made pumpkin muffins last weekend, but I’ll tell you, they were the best tasting muffins I’ve made in a while. Coincidence? I think not.
6. Tempeh. I use Lightlife’s Three Grain. In my opinion, it’s easier and tastier than tofu.
7. Health Warrior’s new packaging (and Chocolate PB flavor!)
I have a chia bar every morning between breakfast and lunch. It’s the perfect snack!
8. Quinoa for breakfast. Which I am eating right now…

I’ve never done and rpm spin class, how do you like it compared to regular spin classes?
